How does Genesis Webworks develop custom web applications to meet individual business needs?
Genesis Webworks listens to our customer's to find out what their individual business needs are. We do not expect our customer's needs to fit into a template. We develop truly custom web applications at affordable prices.

How much does a custom application cost?
The cost of a project cannot be determined until we have a good idea of the scope of the work being done. Genesis Webworks begins with a free 30-minute initial consultation, which may give us enough information to offer you an estimate. Larger projects may require additional consultation before an estimate can be determined.

Phases and Deliverables
The application development process consists of several phases. Each phase involves a great deal of work and therefore you will be required to pay for each phase that you commit to. You may decide to only commit to the requirements phase, and then sign up for the design phase once the requirements are complete. Because the scope of an application may change during each phase, the estimate will be the most accurate after the design phase is complete.

Requirements Gathering Phase
The requirements gathering phase will require us to meet with you and determine the detailed custom requirements for your application. Application requirements will then be written, so that you may review them. Feedback from you is very important and may result in refinement of the requirements document. We will not move onto the next phase until you have approved the requirements document. The requirements document is also considered the deliverable for the requirements phase.

Design Phase
During the design phase we will stay in communication with you and give you opportunity to provide feedback. The design document is considered the deliverable for the design phase.

Development Phase
The development phase is the building of your application. Upon completion of development we will deploy your application to a safe environment for you to try it out. Finally, we will deploy your application to a live environment. Your custom application is the deliverable for the development phase.

Training
After Deployment is complete; we offer training for your in-house application owners, who can then train the rest of your users.
